This development was approved by local authority in June 2018 and had to meet core demands on Fiscal Viability, Local Authority constraints and street scene acceptability.

The development will consist of 28 accommodation units (210 student ensuite units) and associated facilities. The development will provide a range of high quality, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA). Red Queen is designed to meet the requirements of the world-renowned University of Warwick and their students. The PBSA is located on the A45, an excellent position to access a wide array of local amenities and an established infrastructure of various transport modes.
